Custom converting is the processing of standard materials into components customized for your application. Working with a converter gives you access to materials not generally available, and provides a simple and cost-effective means of utilizing materials that may be otherwise too labor intensive or impractical to implement. Converting includes die-cutting, laminating, scoring, and embossing as well as printing and assembling multiple materials to produce finished parts.

Because of our extremely wide range of production capabilities and broad base of customer requirements, we are able to die-cut and fabricate almost any type of material or adhesive, including V-0 fire-rated products. Our production capabilities allow us to produce runs consisting of one prototype or millions of units. And depending on your needs or preference, the final parts can be supplied in individual pieces, sheets, or rolls.
