WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME OF A CUSTOM LABEL ORDER?

A simple property ID label may take a few days while ....

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDERING QUANTITY?

There are no minimums. Smaller quantities have a higher per unit price, so the higher the volume the more economical the label becomes.

DO YOU HAVE PROTOTYPING CAPABILITIES?

Yes. We work with each customer to identify the most cost effective way to produce their desired prototype.

WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD?

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know and we can accommodate your needs.

WHAT ARE YOUR PREFERRED APPLICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER ARTWORK?

We prefer Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Adobe Photoshop. Other programs are accepted (i.e. Adobe Pagemaker & Quark Express). CAD files are used for dimensional and layout purposes only. CAD files need to be received in a DXF format.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK?

We accept artwork via email ([email protected]) or CD’s or flash drives sent via postal/express mail services.
