Due to the customized nature of the products offered on this website, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by calling us at (209) 370-1600.
Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of the defect or error, Lustre-Cal will replace your order with no additional shipping costs, or, if preferred, issue a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
